Acceptance
By accessing or using DiffResolver ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
DiffResolver is a collection of browser-based tools for comparing and merging text, images, and structured files. All processing happens locally in your browser; no files are uploaded to a server.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt the Service, the underlying CDN, or other users.
- Reverse engineer the Service in order to circumvent any security or licensing measures.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use the tools at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of DiffResolver are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Intellectual property
The Service's source code is governed by the license declared in the project repository. Content you process with the Service remains yours; we obtain no rights to it.
Third-party libraries
The Service uses open-source libraries, each governed by its own license. A list of these libraries and their licenses is available on the Third-Party Licenses page linked in the footer.
Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
